! Important Tip !
Use the % (percent sign) in any filter field to populate the multi-select box with all available items.

The Project selection criteria can be used to narrow down which Projects will be included in the output.  By default, <All Projects> will be included in the output.

If you do not want to include all Projects, you can use the Project filter options and click on the filter icon () to narrow down the list of items in the multi-select box.  Once you have narrowed down the list, you can further select and de-select individual items in the multi-select box.

This control can be used to search for projects by Project Code, or those that are associated with a particular Owning Org or Project Org.

Note regarding Invoice Groups: When filtering projects for the purposes of adding or listing invoices or when filtering for the Invoice Status Report, the resulting output will include the Lead Project associated with any Contributor Project filtered on this screen.  That is, if Project ABC is a part of an Invoice Group having Project 123 as the Lead Project, filtering for Project ABC will return Project 123 in the results (which will contain details for both Project 123 and Project ABC).
