When active, this Organization will be a valid option for designating as a Person Organization when adding or editing Unanet users.

Once a Vendor Profile entry has been made inactive, existing users that already have it associated as a Person Organization, will continue to consider that association (that is, this is more of a means to prevent its use with new/other projects).
