Reconcile

The Reconcile button will only become enabled after clicking Save, once the Unreconciled Balance has reached a value of $0.00.

Unreconciled Balance - Calculated as:  calculated Ending Balance  -  user entered Ending Balance.

When a Bank Reconciliation is marked as Reconciled, the user performing the update and the date/time of the update is recorded.

Once a Bank Reconciliation has been reconciled, it can no longer be modified or deleted unless it happens to be the latest Bank Reconciliation for a Legal Entity/Bank Account (in which case, it could be edited placing it back into an unreconciled status allowing for further manipulation or deletion).
